  1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Social Hub News. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Social Hub News ecosystem, including our main landing platform located at social-hub.help and our real-time intelligence live feed located at news.social-hub.help (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms entirely. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform.

  1. Nature of the Platform and Services

Social Hub News provides a decentralized intelligence network delivering real-time data, news, and analysis concerning global markets, geopolitics, frontier technology, and special operations.

2.1. Not Financial or Legal Advice

The information, data, and intelligence provided on the Platform are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing contained on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or strategic advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the data provided on the Platform.

2.2. Real-Time Data and Latency

While we strive to maintain a high-speed, low-latency environment, the transmission of data is subject to network conditions, decentralized node availability, and other variables outside our direct control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, real-time delivery of intelligence.

  1. User Accounts and Operational Security (OpSec)

To access certain features of the Platform, including the live feed at news.social-hub.help, you may be required to register for an account.

3.1. Account Confidentiality

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials. Social Hub News operates on principles of operational security and decentralization; we will never ask for your password outside the secure login portal.

3.2. Account Activity

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.

3.3. Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in disruptive behavior, or attempt to compromise the integrity of the decentralized network.

  1. Acceptable Use Policy

As a user of the Social Hub News network, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • System Interference: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform, its decentralized nodes, or its network architecture.

  • Data Scraping: Using automated systems, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract data, intelligence, or user information from social-hub.help or news.social-hub.help without explicit written permission.

  • Misinformation: Intentionally injecting false data, fabricated intelligence, or malicious links into the community ecosystem.

  • Illegal Activities: Using the Platform to conduct, coordinate, or promote any illegal activities under applicable international laws.

  1. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

5.1. Platform Content

All proprietary algorithms, software architecture, text, graphics, and user interfaces on the Platform are the exclusive property of Social Hub News.

5.2. User-Generated Intelligence

By interacting with the network, sharing insights, or participating in the ecosystem, you grant Social Hub News a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute said content within the Platform.

5.3. Third-Party Sources: Certain intelligence feeds may incorporate publicly available data or third-party reports. Social Hub News does not claim ownership of original source material provided by external entities.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING ALL INTELLIGENCE, DATA, AND LIVE FEEDS AT NEWS.SOCIAL-HUB.HELP, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SOCIAL HUB NEWS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE INTELLIGENCE PROVIDED WILL BE ACCURATE, UNBIASED, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE, NOR DO WE GUARANTEE THAT ANY ERRORS IN THE PLATFORM WILL BE CORRECTED.

  1. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOCIAL HUB NEWS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.

  • Any reliance placed upon the intelligence, geopolitical data, or market data found on the Platform.

  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Social Hub News and its contributors, network nodes, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Platform, or your violation of any term of these Terms.

  1. Modifications to the Terms

Social Hub News reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to social-hub.help. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.


  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
